  1. Q. Why is the CHS Memorabilia ordering procedure not as simple as other online stores like Amazon and ShopSM?

A. We are using the free google form to minimize cost. Expect certain limitations such as "No Order Summary” feature. You will also need to click back several times to review your order.


  1. Q. The tutorial on the google form looks different from what I see on the form. Are there different order forms?

A. There are two order forms - the MANILA ORDER FORM (for shipments in the Philippines) and the USA ORDER FORM (for shipments in the USA and other countries outside the Philippines). Please note that google form automatically "translates" or shifts to the language where you are located.


  1. Q. Can we pool our orders together to save on shipping cost?

A. Absolutely! That is an option. Ensure that you have a clear understanding with whoever you are pooling your orders with.


  1. Q. When will I receive my orders?

A. Your order will be shipped within 5 days from receipt and clearance (if sending check) of your payment if the stock is on hand. Please remember that our teams are volunteers and suppliers are in different parts of the world. This will increase the time the orders will reach you specially if they are on back-order or for resupply between the MANILA and USA offices.


  1. Q. How can I correct my orders if I used the wrong order form?

A. Generally, our office policy is NO CHANGES NOR CANCELLATIONS, that is why we ask you to review your order before submitting. We recognize that there might be circumstances that can be accommodated. For these, please send an email to jubileehs73@gmail.com and request order cancellation. Include your original Order #, then send a new order using the correct order form.


  1. Q. Can I use Facebook CHS Homecoming 2023 site to ask questions about my order?

A. No. Please direct your questions via email to jubileehs73@gmail.com


  1. Q. How do I know that my order went through?

A. An automated order confirmation will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.


  1. Q. Once I've created an order, can I modify it to add or decrease the quantity of items?

A. Please see above #5. Please email jubileehs73@gmail.com to address.


  1. Q. I didn't get a billing statement. When will I receive one?

A. Your billing statement will be generated by one of our team members as soon as one is available. Our offices are managed by volunteer team members in different time zones. Thank you for your patience. Please send a notice to jubileehs73@gmail.com if it is taking an unusually long time.


  1. Q. What is a coupon as mentioned in the billing statement and where can I get one?

A. The coupons are prizes offered to winners of promotional activities sponsored by CHS HS73.


  1. Q. What do you mean by "shipping address”?

A. Shipping address is the address where you would like the items delivered. For items to be delivered to the Philippines, use the MANILA ORDER FORM. For items delivered outside the Philippines, use the USA OFFICE FORM.


  1. Q. What is the additional fee if I choose to ship ahead some items while waiting for my other items to be available?

A. This will be considered as a separate shipment and incur the standard shipping fee based on flat rate fees or weight.


  1. Q. Do I have to use the currency of the country I am sending a memorabilia item to?

A. No, we accept USD and Philippine peso payments in both the Manila and USA office. Just make sure you are using the correct order form - MANILA Order Form for shipments to a Philippine address and USA Order Form for shipments outside the Philippines. You can pay with USD or Philippine peso for any order.

NEW ROSARY LITERATURE AND POUCH FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  1. Q. Why are you changing the rosary pouches now?

A. Just in time for Christmas gifting! A new rosary literature was produced for a better appreciation of the details of the custom rosary memorabilia. We also have a new vendor who is available now for this project, who is able to provide an embroidered logo for our rosary pouch.


  1. Q. Do I have to pay for the new literature and pouch?

A. The new rosary literature (bifold business card size) and drawstring pouch is available at no additional cost for new rosary purchases, and at no cost to past rosary buyers or rosary gift recipients. You just need to take care of the shipping cost.


  1. Q. How do I order for the new rosary literature card and pouch?

A. (1) You can contact customer service at jubileehs73@gmail.com for your request. (2) You can also get in touch with the volunteer who sent your previous order's Billing Statement by Viber or text message. Your new rosary literature and pouch can be shipped together with any new memorabilia purchase. As provided in the Memorabilia Order Forms, you can indicate your choice of shipping or pick up in the form.


  1. Q. Is there a limit to the number of new literature cards and pouches I can request for?

A. You are limited to the quantity of rosaries you previously purchased. Requests will be reconciled with the list of previous buyers.


  1. Q. I want to have the new literature card and pouch, but I don’t need additional memorabilia items. Can I still get them?

A. Yes. You can just arrange to take care of the shipping cost.


  1. Q. I want the new literature card and pouch delivered to a different address. Can I do this?

A. Yes. You can just take care of the shipping cost.


  1. Q. Can I reserve new literature card and pouch for pick up on Feb 5 at the Homecoming event?

A. Yes, most certainly! Please email your request to our volunteer customer representatives at jubileehs73@gmail.com.


  1. Q. I was gifted a rosary by a friend. Can I order for the new literature and pouch?

A. Yes, most certainly! In order to help our volunteer customer service representatives reconcile the customer and product lists, two things we require from you are: (1) Please provide the name of the original purchaser (2) We also need you to advise your friend that you already availed of the new literature and pouch offer. As always, you are responsible for your shipping cost.
